Anna Schall, MSW, LSW

Hello! I am Anna (she/her/hers). I am a Licensed Social Worker and completed my masters degree in clinical social work at the Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research.

I am a person-centered therapist who views therapy as a joint endeavor grounded in curiosity and courage. I work with adolescents, and adults. Together, we explore your experiences with openness and care, making space for both the challenging and meaningful parts of your story. I strive to offer a nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard and accepted.

I believe humor can be a powerful tool in therapy. It can help build connection and ease heaviness while doing deep work and still taking your experiences seriously. I also believe in the importance of exploring the impact of personal identity and how your unique background, values, and lived experiences shape the way you move through the world.

My role is not to tell you what to do, but to support you in uncovering your own gifts, strengths, and insights. I aim to partner with you as you make your own decisions, honoring your autonomy and trusting your capacity for growth, clarity, and change.

I am a former physics teacher who still loves to delight in the wonders of math and science as much as the joys of a good story (whether in the form of a novel, a television show, or a movie). In my free time, I enjoy cooking, crafting, connecting with loved ones, and being outside.
