We treat people with care, confidentiality, and respect while providing personalized, competent individual, couples, group and family services that span across many specialty areas. We understand the need for access to services and accept most commercial insurances.

Rates & Insurance*

 

Counseling Rates (per 53-60 minute session):

  • Individual Session - $175

  • Couples / Family session - $200

  • Group Session - $65

  • Master’s Level under Supervision

    • $100 individual

    • $125 couples/family

  • Advanced Graduate Student Intern: $50

Clinical Supervision

  • Individual - $175

  • Group - $65

Payments:

ALL COPAYS , COINSURANCE AND AMOUNTS TOWARDS DEDUCTIBLE ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.

We require a major credit card on file, which is securely stored in your electronic health records client portal with only the last 4 digits and expiration date visible to our team.

For transparency, billing information is available to view in the client portal. For convenience, clients can also make payments directly through their portal.

Cancellation Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, or you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session, as our therapists have reserved that time spot just for you.

MLCWC Assessments

 

MLCWC offers assessment measures to be completed at intake and follow up time frames to engage in treatment services at our practice for client-centered quality of care purposes. MLCWC can provide patient-centered outcomes measures via electronic questionnaires through our Therapy Appointment client portal.

Measuring progress through assessments is a billable service and may count towards your insurance plan, similar to lab work or consultation in physician’s offices. As if might require additional professional time outside your therapeutic session time, please check with your specific insurance plan regarding coverage.

Our self pay rates per CPT code are:

96127: $12.00           Intern/pre-licensed clinician rate: $7.00

96136: $50.00         Intern/pre-licensed clinician rate: $30.00

96138: $40.00        Intern/pre-licensed clinician rate:    $24.00

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act beginning January 1, 2022, healthcare providers provide patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance a “good faith estimate” of the bill for medical items and services.
 

MLCWC has always valued transparency in billing and collaborative conversations between provider and client regarding finances, so our process has not changed.
