Cheyenne Tassa, LCSW
Cheyenne Tassa (She/Her/Hers) is a clinical social worker specializing in grief and bereavement, as well as issues surrounding chronic illness, palliative care, and end of life.
She received her Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University in 2015 and worked as a clinical social worker in New York City for 8 years prior to relocating to the Philadelphia area.
Cheyenne strives to create a compassionate and non-judgmental space for clients. She has extensive experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression associated with life transitions. Having worked in a medical setting and receiving further training in palliative and end of life care, Cheyenne has expertise working with individuals managing chronic illness and new medical diagnoses.
Cheyenne’s collaborative and strengths-based approach aims to support clients through their journey and empower them in navigating health care systems.
