Dr. Katharine Wenocur
Dr. Katharine Wenocur, DSW, LCSW, RPT-Supervisor™ (she/her/hers) is a graduate of the master's and doctoral programs in clinical social work at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a licensed clinical social worker, Registered Play Therapist - Supervisor™, and a Certified Animal Assisted Play Therapist™.
She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and families healing from trauma, processing loss, and managing other life challenges including anxiety and depression.
In addition to clinical work, Dr. Wenocur has taught courses in play therapy and animal assisted therapy in graduate programs in social work and counseling, and has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals and news media.
**Note that Dr. Wenocur is only providing group therapy at this time, and on a limited basis
