Michelle welcomes new clients to the practice and gets the ball rolling in her role as Intake Admin. Her helpful nature guides clients through enrollment tasks to support and engage clients so they get the best from their treatment experience.

Laura splits her time between clinical supervisor and administrative tasks. She is skilled in development and maintenance of policy and procedures, and serves as our credentialing specialist.

Nicole’s attention to details and clinical and research background add to the efficiency of our admin team. She not only provides administrative services, but is also part of our therapy team and provides clinical services.

With a background in education and midwifery, Carol brings strong communication skills and a warm, patient-centered approach. She provides administrative support for the medication management services.

Halle brings detail-oriented administrative skills and a patient-centered approach to our psychiatric nurse practitioner services and also is pursuing her graduate degree in counseling.
