Denise brings years of experience and a knack for helping others to her role as Billing Administrator. She navigates through problem solving and handling client and staff concerns with ease and will take the guesswork out of your billing questions.

Michelle welcomes new clients to the practice and gets the ball rolling in her role as Intake Admin. Her helpful nature guides clients through enrollment tasks to support and engage clients so they get the best from their treatment experience.

Laura splits her time between clinical supervisor and administrative tasks. She is skilled in development and maintenance of policy and procedures, and serves as our credentialing specialist.

Maggie’s clinical background as a Master’s Level Clinician pairs nicely with her role as Utilization coordinator and assistant intake admin, as she helps match new clients with therapist for best clinical fit. Maggie is happy to answer questions and get you started on your therapy journey.

Nicole’s attention to details and clinical and research background add to the efficiency of our admin team. She provides administrative support tasks and currently attends graduate school.
