Megan Klobedanz, MS, LPC
Megan is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master of Science in Counseling from Villanova University. She has experience working with adolescents and adults in various stages of life.
Megan utilizes a humanistic approach to therapy with a focus on bringing you closer to the life you want by supporting you in navigating life’s challenges. Megan will work with you to set goals for therapy and will tailor her therapeutic approach to suit your unique needs and challenges. In addition to concrete strategies, Megan provides a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while feeling heard, accepted, and understood.
Megan utilizes a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help you reach your goals, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and mindfulness-based approaches. She uses concepts from attachment theory and strategies from couples/family therapy approaches to support you in your relationships. Megan has training and experience in crisis intervention and treating complex trauma and PTSD.
