Rachel (She/Her/Hers) received her Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007 and her Bachelor of Arts from Bryn Mawr College.
She has experience working in managed care, community mental health and outpatient private practice settings and makes use of a nonjudgmental, supportive approach in sessions.
Rachel enjoys empowering clients to achieve their goals, and providing them with therapeutic tools to promote a heightened sense of wellness.
Rachel collaborates with her clients to customize the treatment experience based on her skills in multiple evidence-based strategies including: Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. She also uses Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness approaches in sessions to bring creative coping tools to life.
