Victoria King, BC-PMHNP
Victoria King is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (BC-PMHNP), certified yoga instructor, and certified breathwork instructor who provides an integrative approach to mental health care.
She combines evidence-based psychiatric treatment with mind-body practices to help clients better understand themselves, build resilience, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
Victoria’s approach is collaborative, compassionate, and educational. She believes that understanding the connection between the brain, body, and environment empowers individuals to take an active role in their mental health. She works with clients to create personalized treatment plans that may include medication management, lifestyle strategies, breathwork, mindfulness, nervous system regulation techniques and other evidence-informed practices.
Victoria believes the goal of treatment is not to eliminate difficult emotions, but to help individuals experience the full range of emotions while developing the skills to navigate life’s challenges with greater awareness, balance and resilience.
She works primarily with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, concentration challenges, burnout, chronic stress, trauma-related symptoms, and life transitions. She is passionate about helping individuals feel more connected to themselves and move toward becoming the best version of who they are.
